Where are you located and what areas do you service?

We’re located in Chicago. We service the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

Are you a real Florist?

Yes, certified and trained professionally by some of the world’s top florists.

Do you work with fresh flowers?

No, we work exclusively with real touch florals and high-quality silk florals.

What services do we offer?

We rent lush handmade floral arches for your special events.

Do you offer any other floral services?

We can provide up to (4) matching floral arrangements to be placed at the entryway or alter for your ceremony.

We really like what we see, can we see it in person?

We are a home-based design studio. If requesting a mockup, we will schedule a virtual meeting to view designs.

How much is it to rent an Arch?

Our arches range in price. Please see our social media accounts for new designs and submit an inquiry for pricing. We do not negotiate prices!

Do you offer mockups?

Yes, we charge a nonrefundable design fee for all mockups. Fee is credited towards service, if booked.

How do you process payments?

We require a retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance can be split over a period of time with the final balance due 30 days before event.

How long is the rental period?

Our rentals are loaned at one location. Pick up time to be discussed.  After 11 p.m. additional fees apply.

Do you charge for Setup and Delivery?

Yes, setup and delivery fees will be added. Our arches are heavy, oversized items. Tax will also be charged at checkout.

How long is setup and breakdown?

We require at least one hour before your ceremony to install arch and apply florals. One hour is needed for Breakdown .

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, please send us your inspiration pics for an accurate quote. Must inquire at least three months in advance. A rush fee will be added to all inquiries received less than three months.  

Can I just add my wedding colors into an arch style I see listed on your site?

Yes, we love it when clients make it their own! Must book at least three months in advance.  Additional fees will apply.

I’m planning an outdoor event; Can the arch be set up outdoors?

Weather permitting. If we feel our arches are at risk of damage on the day of your event, we will recommend indoor setup.

Can the arch be moved from ceremony to reception?

Our arches are oversized statement pieces and weight varies. We would need to disassemble the arch and rebuild it at the new location. Additional fees would apply.
